Through our interactive, engaging and fun workshops and courses, we teach students about how their mind works, why they think and feel the way they do, and best of all - and of course how to let go of all of the stress, anxiety, lack of focus and negativity from their mind.

We are a team of trained experts who are willing and ready to teach students about the power of their minds and how meditation can help them live a more happy, focused and emotionally stable life.
Our Services

Workshops - 1 Day Event
Our workshop events are one off events that are suited for a single class time slot of 45 - 60 minutes.
Because students are very active and require a lot of stimulation, we design them to be interactive and fun to keep them engaged.
Once we understand your needs, we work with you to design a workshop even that the students will get the most benefit out of based on what your school is looking to achieve.

Short Courses - 3 Weeks to 1 Term
Our short courses are designed to help teach students in more depth and make more of a lasting change.

Workshops are a good introduction, but the courses will help them go more in depth with understanding themselves and their minds.
​
We work with your school to customize the courses to your needs and they vary from 3 weeks to a term.

Long Courses - 1 Term to 4 Terms
Our long courses are designed to create maximum impact and leave a lasting change on students and your school.

They expand on the short courses with more content - and with more practice, then more help for students.
​
With the long courses we work very closely with you and assess the progress and adapt the courses along the way to match the students.

Overview of Process

Discovery Consultation
Book a Discovery Consultation with our experts where we assess the needs of your school, find out what your goals are, your budgetary constraints, technology and room availability, and your schedules so we can match to your needs.

Planning the Workshop and Course
We create a plan best suited to help your students to produce your desired outcome, and we work with you to tailor it towards how you feel you will get the most from your students. We will let you know how best to prepare the classroom, but for the most part it works as is - as long as we have all the equipment ready.

Workshop and Course Delivery
Leave this to us! Once we know when and where we need to be we do the rest. We will deliver the content in a way that matches their age, and their levels of understanding - and most of all in a fun, interactive and engaging way.

We will monitor their progress and make sure those that are open to learning will get as much as they can out of it, and leaving them with an understanding and and a new skill they can use for the rest of their life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups are your workshops and courses for?
Currently, our workshops and courses are for students from year 7 to year 12, s well as TAFE and University students. We are working on some programs for children as young as year 4
How long does one meditation session go for?
Our sessions are designed to keep students engaged and active, with a range of activities, learning, sharing and meditation and we recommend at least 45 minutes to 1 hour
What are the proven benefits of meditation for students?
Meditation has been shown to help improve students focus, reduce their stress, and enhance their emotional develop and boost their overall well-being. With our self reflection meditation, students will learn how their mind works, and how to regulate and manage it for themselves.
Do teachers need special training?
Our fully instructors completely run the sessions and have been trained in dealing with students. However, our meditation is for everyone! We strongly recommend that teachers learn about this meditation so they can also implement it into their routines with students
