Our meditation workshops and courses are fun, engaging, active and most of all calming. Our goal is to share meditation in a way that anyone, of any age can benefit from it.
After our initial free discovery consultation, we customize the workshop and course to your school or works needs.
We offer a range from simple introductory 1 hour workshops, to full 12 month courses, helping our participants to understand the mind, why we think and feel the way we do, and how meditation can help us find our True Self, which is always calm, happy, and peaceful.

Our team comes with a combined experience of over 140 years meditating and 75 years guiding meditation.
Members of our team have conducted many meditation workshops, and some of our members are even certified youth meditation instructors.

What age groups are your workshops and courses for?
Currently, our workshops and courses are for students from year 7 to year 12, s well as TAFE and University students. We are working on some programs for children as young as year 4
How long does one meditation session go for?
Our sessions are designed to keep students engaged and active, with a range of activities, learning, sharing and meditation and we recommend at least 45 minutes to 1 hour
What are the proven benefits of meditation for students?
Meditation has been shown to help improve students focus, reduce their stress, and enhance their emotional develop and boost their overall well-being. With our self reflection meditation, students will learn how their mind works, and how to regulate and manage it for themselves.
Do teachers need special training?
Our fully instructors completely run the sessions and have been trained in dealing with students. However, our meditation is for everyone! We strongly recommend that teachers learn about this meditation so they can also implement it into their routines with students
What type of workshops and courses do you offer for workplaces?
Our workshops and courses range from 30 minutes to 12 months. We recommend minimum of 60 minutes for a session in order to maximize the benefit. We help you customize our programs to your needs
